Astrolium treats a consultation as one object rather than four. The booking page fills it, Google Calendar mirrors it in both directions, Zoom gives it a meeting, the intake form gives it birth data, and the notes stay attached to the client afterwards. Sessions are part of the $11 per month Pro plan; see pricing.
For the client record all of this hangs off, see the CRM. For what happens to the birth data once it arrives, see the natal chart workspace. For the report you send afterwards, see Report Studio.
What this replaces
Most astrologers running a paying practice have assembled this from parts. A scheduling tool that does not know what a birth chart is, a calendar that does not know what a session is, a video account, and a Google Form whose answers get retyped by hand. Every join between those parts is a place where something gets lost, and the thing that gets lost is usually a birth time.
The booking page
You publish one link. The client sees your session types and open slots, picks one, and confirms.
After confirmation they get a private manage link. That link is how they reschedule or cancel, and the page states the rule plainly: any time before the session, or up to a cutoff in hours if you have set one. Past the cutoff, the page tells them to message you directly. It does not quietly fail. A cancellation releases the slot.
A confirmation email to the client is a setting rather than an assumption. Some practices want it, some correspond by other means, and Astrolium does not send on a client's behalf without being told to.
Google Calendar, in both directions
The first version of this integration only pushed. Astrolium was the source of truth, your calendar was a projection, and anything you changed on the Google side was invisible.
That gap is closed. Astrolium now reads changes back: move a session in the Google Calendar app on your phone, and Astrolium sees the move instead of holding a stale time. Session Notes shows the real sync status for a session, so the state of the connection is something you look at, not something you infer.
Two honest limits. The calendar provider here is Google. And sync status is shown according to the client-visibility rules already in force in your workspace, so a delegated seat does not see more than it should.
A Zoom meeting per confirmed session
Connect Zoom once, in Settings under video meetings. From then on, any confirmed session whose location is Zoom gets a fresh meeting of its own, and Astrolium surfaces the verified link in three places: the booking confirmation, the calendar event and the session in your workspace.
The connection panel states its own status in words, not colour alone: connected, connecting, reconnect required, needs attention, not connected. Only the workspace owner can change it. Disconnecting removes the grant and reconciles the future meetings Astrolium had registered, so you are not left with orphaned rooms nobody will join.
Google Meet is available as a location too, with its link generated the same way.
Cancel and reschedule from inside the session
Both actions live in the Session Notes header, next to the session you are actually looking at.
Cancelling is soft. The stage moves to cancelled and everything else stays: the row, the prep notes, the live notes, the history. There is no hard delete anywhere in this flow. A reading that did not happen is still part of what you know about a client.
Notifying the client is a per-action choice. The checkbox defaults to on and you can turn it off for the case where you have already spoken to them. Astrolium is not more willing to email a client about a cancellation than it was about the booking in the first place.
Rescheduling writes the new time through the same path, and the calendar event follows.
Intake, so the data arrives first
An intake form is a shareable link that produces a client profile and a chart rather than an email.
Five templates ship:
- Full Client Intake. Birth details, consultation goals and astrological background.
- Quick Birth Data. Three fields: name, birth date and time, birth city.
- Pre-Session Focus. A focused questionnaire on career, relationship or timing before a reading.
- Rectification Questionnaire. Major life event dates and times, collected properly.
- Synastry Partner Data. Birth data for two people plus relationship context.
Submissions land in an inbox with a status on each: pending review, accepted, rejected or duplicate. You accept a submission and the birth data goes straight into calculation. Nobody retypes a birth time, which is the single most common place a reading goes wrong before it starts.
What we are not claiming
Astrolium connects to your own Google account (calendar plus Meet links) and your own Zoom account. That is the list today. We would rather name the list than let a page imply a longer one, because an integration you were counting on and cannot find is worse than one that was never promised.
